Confirmation Mass at Father Justus' new parish. Next to father is the Vicar General. On each end are the two priest living in the same house with Fr. Justus. They confirmed 255 kids this day. In the picture below, you'll see the Vicar General anointing one of the kids. Also note the large crowd of parishioners present for this celebration. Remember this is only a small number of their 30,000 parishioners.
Welcome to our new website. We are so excited to have this up and running! Thank all of you for waiting. Things are very busy both here and in Uganda. Father Justus got home safely and has been installed in his new parish, Our Lady Mother of the Church. He has already selected a site for the next school and the funds are already coming in to make this a reality.
Here at home, we've been organizing and planning this website. As we learn how to access the site and manage everything, we see that this is truly a site everyone can enjoy. I'm already begging Father for some pictures, so we can share the school construction with you as things progress.
Lisa Hix and I were able to wire funds earlier this week and they have already arrived safely into the Kabale Education Fund's bank account. We know God is blessing us in every way. Each of you that contributed to this cause is a very important building block in the lives of those wonderful children in Father Justus's new parish. We send a HUGE THANK YOU - to YOU!
